TYLER, TX (KLTV) - An investigation is underway, trying to pin down exactly what caused the deaths of five family members who were found dead Sunday night in an East Texas home.

The home is outside of Rice, which is about 40 miles southeast of Dallas in Navarro County.

The Navarro County Sheriff's Office posted on their Facebook page just before 9 p.m. Sunday that they found two adults and three children inside that home on NW 0149 near Rice.

The Navarro County Sheriff's Office said a Spanish-speaking male placed a 9-1-1 call about 7 p.m. Sunday, telling dispatchers several members of his family were dead inside a home.

When EMS workers and sheriff's deputies arrived on scene, they found the five bodies in the residence.

Authorities said they don't believe any suspects are still at large, but that the investigation will continue and will focus on the inside of the home.

The sheriff's office said on its Facebook page Sunday night that they will be holding a press conference Monday morning at 9 a.m. to give updates on its investigation.
