BRYAN CO., GA (WTOC) -

A teenager in Bryan County is charged with vehicular homicide in connection with a 5-year-old boy being fatally struck after getting off his school bus.

Investigators aren't releasing his name yet because he's under the age of 18. WTOC is still working to find out if he'll be charged as an adult.

The teen is accused of hitting Keshawn Odum in February.  After conflicting witness reports, Georgia State Patrol troopers say the teen was approaching the bus and did not stop for the extended stop arm when he struck Odum.
