SOLON, OH (WOIO) -

New details on the drunk driving arrest of former Browns QB Bernie Kosar.

On Monday afternoon, Kosar's attorney entered a not guilty plea on his behalf. Kosar will not be in court on Tuesday as originally slated. His pretrial has been set for December 9 at 1:30 p.m.

Kosar was arrested in Solon early Sunday morning for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Kosar was given sobriety tests and afterwards was taken to the Solon Police Department without incident.

Kosar was the quarterback for the Browns from 1985 to 1993.
