TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

U.S. Marshals arrested a southeast side man wanted on child pornography charges.

The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children notified authorities that child pornography was being shared from a Tucson email address.

Investigators determined the suspect associated with the address was 46-year-old Mark Philip Grimes.

Police served a warrant to his residence in the 6700 block of E. Barrow Street, near Escalante and Kolb, on September 19. He was not home but authorities obtained evidence that led to a felony arrest warrant for Grimes for ten counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

Grimes agreed to turn himself in on September 27, but never did, according to a news release.

He was arrested on Oct. 3 without incident at an east side apartment complex and booked into the Pima County Jail on ten counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
