TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

A woman wanted for aggravated robbery is now in custody.

According to police, Virginia Wilcox, 33, robbed the In & Out Mart in the 5800 block of Douglas Road at gunpoint Sept. 27 just after 10 p.m. She was also wanted for three additional misdemeanor charges.

U.S. Marshals confirm that she surrendered to them Thursday. She is now on her way to the Lucas County Jail.
