Two men living in northwest Ohio are back in West Virginia, where they’re facing charges in connection to a cold murder case.

Charles Freeman and David Hughes now face murder and kidnapping charges out of Lewis County, WV. The case has gone unsolved for 14 years. Officials say a tip led them to arrest the two men.

Freeman was arrested in Napoleon, and Hughes in Archbold in September. They were kept at the Corrections Center of Northwest Ohio until this week.
