Miss ASU coronation set for 7 p.m. at the Acadome

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

Alabama State University will host the Coronation of Miss ASU 2013-14 Thursday night, Oct. 10, at the Dunn-Oliver Acadome. The event takes place at 7:00 p.m.

Foluso Oluade, a native of Jackson, Miss., will be crowned during the ceremony, which will feature a variety of musical and dramatic performances. She will share the traditional Coronation dance with ASU Interim President William H. Harris.

Oluade, a senior majoring in English, will be joined by the members of her court, Miss Senior, Porsha Davis; Miss Junior, Natalie Andrade; Miss Sophomore, Muriel Pannell; and Miss Freshman, Tiffany Allen.

Doors will open at 6 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
