Longview police investigate Saturday shooting

LONGVIEW, TX (KLTV) -

Longview police are investigating a Saturday night shooting, that left one person injured.

According to police, officers responded to a shooting near the intersection of Mobberly Avenue and Birdsong street in Longview.

One person was transported to Good Shepherd Medical Center with injuries. As of Sunday morning, police say the victim of the shooting is expected to survive.
