Gregg County officials search for missing person

From the Gregg County Sheriff's Office: 

Sheriff Maxey Cerliano and the Gregg County Sheriff's Office request assistance in locating a missing person. Foul play is suspected in this case.

Twenty-three year old Justin Wade Allen was last seen on Saturday, October 12, 2013 on Goforth Road in Gregg County. Justin is a white male, 5'8", 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a dark shirt, blue jeans and boots. Justin was driving his red 1997 Chevrolet Camaro bearing Texas LP #BPL4173 and was with twenty-nine year old Hether Dawn Lyles. Hether is a white female, 5'2", 100 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Unknown clothing description for Hether.

    A man in northeast Arkansas and a woman in south central Kentucky both were killed as the storm that also included strong winds, hail and heavy rain that triggered flooding muscled its way through the area, according to authorities.
