GRAIN VALLEY, MO (KCTV) -

Authorities are asking for help finding a missing man with diabetes.

The Grain Valley Police Department issued an endangered person advisory for 43-year-old Aubrey W. Haynes.  

Haynes is described as 6'2" and 240 pounds. He is bald with brown eyes and was last seen wearing a white lightweight jacket, white T-shirt, gray sweat pants and white tennis shoes.

He was last seen leaving his residence on Northwest Nicholas Drive in his black Hummer H3 with Missouri plates CG5-U2H.

Haynes has been diagnosed with diabetes and has kidney failure. He does not have his necessary medication.

Anyone seeing Haynes, his vehicle or has any information regarding his whereabouts should call 911.
