MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -
The Montgomery Police Department says it has made arrests in the city's 41st homicide of 2013.
The suspects are identified as 34-year-old Ryshawn London and 27-year-old George Cole, both of Montgomery. Each now faces one count of murder.
London was taken into custody after turning himself in to his probation officer Monday afternoon. A criminal records check shows he had a probation officer due to a guilty plea for marijuana trafficking.
The U.S. Marshal Fugitive task force took Cole into custody after he turned himself in to his attorney.
Both were transported to the Montgomery Detention Facility where they are being held on bonds totaling $75,000.
Police say on Monday afternoon around 1:45 p.m., 36-year-old Clem Hill was shot and killed at a south Montgomery gas station
Officials say the initial investigation indicated the shooting stemmed from an argument. Further investigation indicates that the shooting stemmed from an ongoing dispute between the victim and the two suspects.
Hill's death is Montgomery's 41st homicide of 2013.
No additional information is available for release relative to this ongoing investigation.
