BULLHEAD CITY, AZ (CBS5/AP) -

Two teenagers and two adults are dead after a car and an SUV collided south of Bullhead City in northwestern Arizona.

The crash occurred about 7 p.m. Monday along State Route 95.

The accident remains under investigation, but it appears the car was going above the posted speed limit and swerved into the oncoming SUV, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

Both occupants of the car were declared dead at the scene - 17-year-old Sean Anthony Ward of Moore, OK, who was the driver of the passenger car, and 14-year-old Jessica Qualkenbush, of Fort Mohave, AZ, who was riding with him.

Two Mohave Valley men in the SUV - 51-year-old James Scott Burford and 53-year-old William Burford - died at a hospital.

It's unclear if the two men were related, and the relationship between Ward and Qualkenbush wasn't immediately available.
