Zachary to be removed from CATS routes

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

The Baton Rouge Metro Council approved changes to CATS routes and approved a new CATS board member.

The new plan, which will not include Zachary, will take effect by March 2014.

Linda Perkins was added to the CATS Board.  She fills the vacancy left by the resignation of Montrel McCaleb.
