SMYRNA, TN (WSMV) -

The highly skilled Blue Angels are bringing their aerial acrobatics back to Smyrna.

The famous U.S. Navy flight demonstration team will perform at the Great Tennessee Airshow on June 14 and 15, 2014.

The Blue Angels had to suspend performances this year because of federal spending cuts due to sequestration.

The Blue Angels will have a full season next year, appearing in 65 airshows in 34 cities.
