CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A scantily-clad woman with some risque dance moves appeared in court Friday in connection with a bar the City of Cincinnati is trying to shut down.

Opherra Jones, 21, is facing misdemeanor charges after undercover officers said they witnessed her dancing nude and semi-nude and let patrons touch her body.

Authorities say the alleged incidents took place Oct. 10 at Diamond Palace Nightclub, located on the corner of Fifth and Elm Street in downtown Cincinnati.

The nightclub does not have a sexual business license. In fact, the City of Cincinnati filed paperwork seeking an injunction to close the bar for a year following months of investigating.

They allege there has been open drug use inside the Diamond Palace, insects in liquor bottles, shots fired outside as well as nude dancers.

Jones' bond was set at $1,500.
