A man is in custody after getting into an altercation with a tow truck driver in Henrico.

Police say Dwayne Robinson was upset that his truck was being towed from the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 300 block of Airport Place.

Officers responded just before one Saturday morning.

The 21 year old is now facing charges of vandalism, obstruction and disorderly conduct.
