Paul's Car Wash 2013 raises $194K for Big Brothers Big Sisters

PHOENIX (CBS5) -

CBS 5 News would like to thank all of you who came out to Paul's Car Wash last week and paid it forward to a great organization.

You helped CBS 5 News raise $194,000 for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arizona.

Paul and his crew washed 648 cars, 13 Harley's, three fire trucks, 23 cabs and 10 Waste Management trucks during the week-long event at Desert Ridge Marketplace.

As the nation's largest donor and volunteer supported mentoring network, Big Brothers Big Sisters makes meaningful, monitored matches between adult volunteers ("Bigs") and children ("Littles"), ages 6 through 18, in communities across the country.
