More than 1,000 jobs up for grabs in Hebron, Ky.

HEBRON, KY (FOX19) -

In the spirit of Halloween, Amazon.com is offering more than 1,000 warehouse jobs in Hebron, Ky. during a holiday-themed job fair Tuesday.

Job seekers are encouraged to show up in costume for the Halloween-themed event. It will also include food, prizes from the candidates and candy for the kids.

"We are not done hiring in Hebron. We still have 1,000 more warehouse positions up for grabs," said Staff Management | SMX Recruiting Manager Samantha Truong. "We are pulling out the stops to get job seekers into these positions."

Staff Management | SMX, which provides long-term, contracted workforces to companies such as Amazon, is hiring for both full time seasonal warehouse positions which pay up to $11.75 an hour. Truong says a variety of schedules are available and qualified candidates will be given tentative start dates.

The job fair began Monday and continues Tuesday at 1960 North Bend Road, Suite M from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
