EAST PRICE HILL, OH (FOX19) -

Cincinnati fire crews were able to quickly control a fire that broke out on Tuesday evening in East Price Hill.

Firefighters were called to the 700 block of Mt. Hope Avenue around 6:45 p.m. Dispatch initially received reports of smoke coming from the second floor window of the home.

Crews arriving on the scene found a blaze in the rear kitchen area of a two-story, brick house. Firefighters say that they were able to bring the fire under control in less than five minutes.

No one was injured in the blaze.

Damage has been estimates at $10,000. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
