MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

Jasper native Shelbie Z said goodbye on The Voice Thursday night.

Z will not move on to the Top 12 after three other members of "Team Blake" were picked.

The live shows started Monday night and Alabama native Shelbie Z didn't disappoint her fans.

Z, who is a cosmetologist and beauty consultant for children, stepped on stage wearing a sultry red dress and black boots. The song she chose instantly wowed the audience.

Z performed "Fancy", originally written and performed by Bobbie Gentry in 1969 but made famous by Reba McEntire in 1990.  

As a member of Team Blake [Shelton], a country music star with multiple hits as well as well as 3 straight The Voice wins, Z has a big chance to win the competition and build on a budding singing career.

Monday night's performances saw each singer compete for a spot in the Final 12 which will be voted on this week.

Z announced on the show that is she also recently married.
