FLAGSTAFF, AZ (CBS5) -

Police in Flagstaff say they've arrested two men they believe concealed the body of a woman seen begging for money along a northern Arizona roadway.

Flagstaff police said a passer-by saw a woman's body in the area of South Harold Ranch Road during the morning of Nov. 10.

Officers responded and found the body, later identified as 28-year-old Alison Anders.

During the investigation, detectives said they found evidence to arrest Joseph Kachel, 52, and Gary Wangler, 57, for abandonment or concealment of a dead body.

Police said the cause and circumstances of her death are still under investigation. Anyone with information on Anders' death should call Flagstaff police at 928-774-1414 or Silent Witness at 928-774-6111.
