SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

A 50 foot traveling exhibit commemorating fallen soldiers was unveiled today at the Savannah Mall.

Georgians who have died in war zones since 9/11 are being honored with the display.

"Remembering our Fallen" was the brainchild of Bill and Evonne Williams, residents of Omaha, Nebraska. Their four sons have served in the US military.

So far, they have created exhibits for 11 states, and hope to eventually have a complete exhibit which includes all 50 states.

"We would love to know that our sons and daughters, our brothers and sisters, our husbands and wives, didn't just die and were forgotten, and this display not only does that, but you get to see the faces of it, which to me is wonderful." said Lisa Freeman, The Matthew Freeman Project.

The "Remembering Our Fallen" display will remain at Savannah Mall in center court through January 5th.
