SURPRISE, AZ (CBS5) -

Investigators are trying to determine the cause of a fire at a Valley quick-service seafood restaurant.

The blaze broke out just after 2 a.m. Sunday at a Long John Silver's at 127th Avenue and R.H. Johnson Boulevard.

No one was inside the structure at the time of the structure, fire officials said.

Fire crews from Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West and El Mirage helped battle the first-alarm blaze.

Firefighters were able to gain the upper hand after about an hour.
