AKRON, OH (WOIO) -
Officers at the Canton Post of the Ohio Highway Patrol report that a one car accident took place on Interstate 77 south near Copley Road.
They received the call for a flipped vehicle at 6:20 p.m. on Saturday, December 1.
The driver was the only person involved in the accident and he was taken to Akron General to be treated for minor injuries.
Traffic is expected to be detoured in the area for a while until the scene is cleared.
