TUSCUMBIA, AL (WAFF) -

Police confirm autopsy results show a Deshler volunteer coach was stabbed more than 30 times and shot in the head. Sources close to the investigation said the murder was over money.

Authorities found the body of Brioni "Bree" Rutland under the Old Railroad Bridge in Lauderdale County, Friday afternoon. 

Jeremy Williams was arrested and charged in connection with Rutland's murder. He is being held in the Lauderdale County Jail on $500,000 bond.

Tuesday morning, Tuscumbia police said they are investigating an overnight shooting related to Rutland's murder. Investigators have not yet said how the shooting is connected to the murder.

Rutland's funeral has been set for 1 p.m. Saturday at Deshler High School's Gym in Tuscumbia.
