MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

Girls Scouts is not just about the cookies! They have entered the world of robotics and are doing really well. This eight-person, all-girl robotics team built their robot, "Steve," and spent six weeks gearing up for their first competition that was held on November 16. The  girls to designed, built, and programmed their robots to compete together against other teams. Lucy Puranen and Mackenzie Cook will be LIVE on the show with the details.

At this time of year we often see commercials about buying gifts and sharing good food with our families in a cozy warm home. It is important to remember those who are less fortunate during this season as well. Mid Alabama Coalition for the Homeless is collecting donations for the homeless and they need your help! Molly Stone, the Executive Director, will be here with information on how you can help.
