ASU to introduce ASU presidential candidates to community

MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

The Alabama State University Presidential Search Committee is planning to introduce its three finalists to the community.

The search committee will hold a series of events into introduce the candidates. The events will take place on Thursday, Dec. 5 and Friday, Dec. 6.

The Thursday event is scheduled from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the John Garrick Hardy Student Center Ballroom.

The Friday event will take place at 9 a.m.  when the candidates meet the search committee members in the Acadome Board Room.

The committee is set to interview Dr. Quinton Ross from 9 to 10:30 a.m. followed by Dr. Gwendolyn Boyd from 10:30 to noon. After lunch, the committee will meet with Retired Brig. Gen. Samuel Nichols from 1:30 to 3 p.m.
