BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -

Auburn fans have their eyes set on a national title and some of them are already shopping around for a seat inside the Rose Bowl.

"Me and my wife checked and she said nose bleed was $1,100," Paul Golden said. He and his wife were buying their SEC Championship shirts early Sunday morning.

Clay Ingram with AAA Alabama says people are calling in to get information on BCS National Championship Bowl Packages, especially since Auburn's win over Alabama in the Iron Bowl.

"Things have changed dramatically over the last few weeks, with Auburn going now. But there's definitely still interest there," Ingram explained. The travel agency launched bowl packages five years ago and Ingram says they've have been a hit with Alabamians.

Several travel agencies offer different bowl packages to include things like airfare, bus transports, hotels and tickets.

"There's a huge range. Starting anywhere from $800-$900, to $2,500 to maybe more if you want to upgrade your tickets," Ingram added.

His advice to Tiger fans: shop around for bowl packages, but stick to a credible company to avoid last-minute hassles.

"We've had some people book packages through some not-so-reputable agencies and have been burned a the last minute to see that their tickets weren't there or their airfare wasn't there," he said.

Ingram also recommends snagging a ticket as soon as possible along with booking the trip.

"So you can sit where you want to sit, stay where you want to stay and fly out there on the best on the best flight that suits you," Ingram said.
