CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A 39-year-old woman will spend five years in jail following a fatal drunk-driving crash in February.

Latonya Colbert pleaded guilty to one count of aggravated vehicular homicide following an accident that killed 57-year-old Tony Smith on February 13, 2013.

Police say Colbert was driving a Chevrolet Impala westbound on the Hopple Street viaduct towards Western Northern Blvd. when the accident happened. She reportedly went left of center and hit Smith head-on in a gray Kia Spectra.

Smith was taken to the hospital, where he died. Police say alcohol was a factor in the crash.

Colbert was sentence on Tuesday.
