SAVANNAH, GA (WTOC) -

Four airmen assigned to the 117th Air Control Squadron have been promoted during their deployment in Southwest Asia.

These airmen received promotions: Staff Sgt. Ariel Hendricks, Staff Sgt. Nicholas Bell, TSgt. Christopher Runge and TSgt. Christopher Ambrose. 

The 117th ACS, which is an integral part of the Georgia Air National Guard, deployed in mid-November. Since Sept. 11, 2001, the 117th ACS has been in near constant deployment mode with elements of their squadron.
