FLORENCE, AL (WAFF) -

Florence Police have arrested two men accused of multiple crimes.

Cody Dylan Thompson and DeAngelo Lee Melendez are both charged with disorderly conduct, attempting to elude police and possession of marijuana.

Thompson also faces a charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Melendez faces additional charges of resisting arrest, carrying a pistol without a permit, and a felony charge of providing false information.

Police said the car they were in was reported stolen from Huntsville earlier this month. Charges related to the stolen vehicle are pending.
