BLUE ASH, OH (FOX19) -

Blue Ash Police Tuesday arrested a Columbia Township man accusing him of following two teenaged girls Saturday around the Blue Ash Target store and exposing himself.

Josiah Caleb Day, 24, was charged with three counts of public indecency and two counts of menacing by stalking, all first degree misdemeanors.

Police said Day was identified using security camera video that was provided by the Blue Ash Target store. He was convicted in May of two counts of public indecency stemming from a similar case that occurred in January in Sharonville.
