HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
Huntsville police reported an early morning armed
robbery from 5:30 a.m. Saturday.
The victim told police that when she was walking towards her
home on the 4000 block of Pulaski Pike, a man ran towards her with a gun in his
hand. The victim said she got to her front door and the man began yelling at
her to give him her purse.
The victim said she ran into her house and the robber ran
away from the home, firing two shots back towards her as he ran. Police said
the robber then fled the area in a black vehicle.
There were no injuries and nothing appeared to be damaged.
No one has been arrested yet.
