COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) -

The story continues to develop in the case of a Russell County woman accused of hiring a hit man to kill her daughter back in 2007.

Lisa Graham, 46, faced trial for capital murder for hire in 2012 for the death of her daughter, 20-year-old Stephanie Graham. A mistrial was declared in the case, and Lisa remained in custody of Russell County Jail.

She bonded out of jail in January of 2013 for $250,000.

In the latest development, Lisa's estranged husband, Kevin Graham, is asking the court to revoke her bond.

Kevin says he is now the sole owner of property used to post her bail. The other owner has recently passed away. Now, Kevin says he wants his name and property released from her bond.

Lisa Graham will possibly go back to court this month for a bond hearing.
