MADISON COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

We've seen the PulaskiMini Mart several times before in the Kitchen Cops report. This time, theMadison County Health Department handed them an 82, making them a Kitchen Cops lowperformer yet again.

In fact, the Pulaski Mini Mart is now a low performer for the fourth straight inspection. The inspectorreports food temperature violations. Grilled chicken at 109 degrees, andgrilled ribs and hot dogs at 119 degrees. The health department mandateshot-holding foods need to be held at 135 degrees or warmer to prevent bacterialgrowth. The inspector says the warmer the food was in was only at 122 degrees.

The Vulcan Express on Highway 168 in Boaz had been a low performer four straight times, but thistime, the score just well enough to earn their way off of that list, scoring an85.

The Valero on Drake Avenuein Huntsville is off of the low performers list, improving by six points withan 89 during their reinspection.

And Lake Guntersville State Park improved by 19 points, scoring a 93 this time around.

It takes a score of 85 or above to get off ofthe health department's reinspection schedule, and off of the Kitchen Cops lowperformers list. We'll let you know they do the next time the health inspectorcomes around.
