Troy football player Tyler Roberts made a big change during winter break.

The defensive end from Hoover donated 12 inches of his hair to Locks of Love.

The director of media relations for Troy Athletics tweeted a picture of Roberts' new look Friday.

A picture from the Trojan's last game of the season against Texas State shows Roberts with long hair past his shoulders.

Locks of Love provides hair prosthetics to children suffering from hair loss due to a medical conditions, according to organization's website.
