MUSCLE SHOALS, AL (WAFF) -

The Muscle Shoals Police Department is seeking help to solve the robbery of a credit union.

A male wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and jeans walked into Valley Credit Union on Avalon Avenue just before lunch and demanded money at gunpoint. The man left and was last seen crossing the fence south of the building.

MSPD released a still image from surveillance footage in hopes that someone might recognize the bank robber. The suspect is considered armed and dangerous, so police said anyone who does know this person should not attempt to make contact with him.

Anyone who might have any information is asked to call the Muscle Shoals Police Department at (256) 383-6746.
