NEW ORLEANS, LA - A suspect wanted in the fatal shooting of an aspiring local rapper outside a Harvey bar has been caught in Miami.

Investigators said 24-year-old Devin Bonilla, of Marrero, is responsible for the shooting death of 22-year-old Bowie Richard. Richard's body was found Saturday at 2:40 a.m. outside of The Edge sports bar in the 2100 block of Lapalco Blvd.

An arrest warrant was issued for Bonilla on one count of second-degree murder. He was arrested earlier this evening by the U.S. Marshals Southeast Florida Regional Task Force and members of the Miami Dade Police Department.
