TUSCALOOSA, AL (WBRC) -

A judge will decide at a later date if a civil suit against Nick Saban's daughter will be dismissed.

Attorneys representing the defendant, Kristen Saban, and the plaintiff, Sarah Grimes, appeared in Tuscaloosa County Circuit Court Tuesday without their clients.

Both women agree there was a physical altercation in 2010. Grimes filed suit 2 years later. She claims she suffered a concussion and broken nose from the incident and is seeking damages.

Kristen Saban denies being the aggressor and claims she was defending herself.
