HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

Another cold front is making its way across the Tennessee Valley Thursday. That means temperatures will remain in the 20s throughout the day with breezy northwest winds making it feel even colder.

Friday morning will be the coldest morning of the week with lows around 6-10 degrees. Wind chill values could be as low as -5 degrees in the higher elevations of northeast Alabama.

Friday afternoon will be cold again with highs in the upper 20s under a mostly sunny sky. Even though winds will be much lighter, the air will be extremely dry, therefore a Fire Weather Watch is in effect for Friday afternoon.

Temperatures will warm up a bit over the weekend with highs in the mid 40s on Saturday and 50 degrees on Sunday. More cold air will arrive Monday afternoon.

The next seven days look very dry with no significant rain or snow in the forecast.
