HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - One of the men on Horry County's Most Wanted list featured on WMBF News has been captured.
Barry Allen Rauch, 50, was wanted for grand larceny. According to the police report, on January 1 the victim allowed Rauch to sleep in her guest bedroom where he allegedly stole thousands of dollars in jewelry. Rauch denied stealing the jewelry, but police say they pulled a fingerprint from the jewelry box.
Less than 24 hours after being featured on WMBF News, Rauch was captured by authorities in Charleston County. But there are still many wanted individuals on the list including the two men featured at the same time as Rauch.
Another man is wanted for a burglary at a Conway home where police say the burglars logged on to an Xbox live account.
Police say so far three people have been arrested for the January 4 crime, but the sheriff's office says 22-year-old James David Dailey is still on the loose. Dailey allegedly broke into the home on Tidway Circle and stole the game system, TV's, radios and other computer equipment.
Police say on January 28, 2013, 34-year-old Billie Joe Jones broke into the victim's home and stole jewelry, a TV and damaged furniture. The report says Jones also posted nude photos of the victim on Facebook.
He is wanted for failure to appear for a second criminal domestic violence incident as well as malicious damage to personal property and petit larceny.
If you have any information on the whereabouts of this week's suspects contact the Horry County Sheriff's Office.
