DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -

A traffic stop on Monday led to the arrest of a man on drug-related charges.

Decatur police reported that an officer stopped a car that had been driving recklessly near Danville Road and 8th Street. The officer said he approached the car and identified the driver as Adrian Arriaga.

Over the course of the traffic stop, officers said they found cocaine, drug paraphernalia and a large amount of money inside the car, and confirmed that Arriaga was the person in possession of these items.
