MUHLENBERG CO., KY (WFIE) -

Multiple fatalities have been confirmed after a house fire in Muhlenberg County.

Authorities say it happened around 2 a.m. on Motes Lane in the community of Depoy in the Graham-Greenville area.

Kentucky State Police say the victims are members of the Watson family. A mom, dad and 9 children, ranging in ages from toddler to mid-teens. Troopers say six people are confirmed dead and three are unaccounted for.

The father, Chad, and a daughter, Kylie, were flown to Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee where they are being treated for burns. 

Troopers say crews have not determined what caused the fire but say it is not being considered suspicious.​

They say recovery efforts are underway.
