BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -

Birmingham police say a man reported missing since Thursday was found safe and in good condition.

Timothy Henley, 48, was last seen Thursday, Jan. 30 walking on Tarrant Huffman Road toward Zion Memorial Garden.

His family was especially concerned because he has cerebral palsy and epilepsy. Family members said he had two seizures then left the house around 4:30 p.m. Thursday.

Relatives found Mr. Henley at the old A.G. Gaston nursing home. He appeared to be in good condition, but his family took him to the hospital for an evaluation.
