MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

Two suspects charged in connection with the December 2013 shootings at Montgomery Centennial Hill Bar & Grille will not be released on bond.

The determination to deny bond to Darius Thomas and Jason McWilliams, both 25, was made at a preliminary hearing Thursday in District Judge Jimmy Pool's courtroom.

Judge Pool bound both defendants over to a grand jury.

Thomas and McWilliams are accused of fatally gunning down three people and wounding five others at the nightclub formerly known as The Rose Supper Club. The incident happened on December 28.

The suspects are charged with capital murder in the deaths of Tim Hamilton, 20, Kimberle Johnson, 21, and rising rapper Glenn Thomas, 22, known as Doe B.
