BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -
When last week's snow
storm hit, many teachers across the state of Alabama stayed in school with
their students because the children's' parents could not make it to school to
pick them up. That generosity is not going unnoticed.
The general manager of the
Beach Club in Gulf Shores wants to make sure their good deeds are rewarded. He
has already given away 25 two-night stays to deserving teachers who weathered
out the storm. Because of an overwhelming response, he is giving away 25 more.
The winners will be announced via Facebook next Wednesday.
