MEMPHIS, TN -

(WMC-TV) - Action News 5's Lindsey Brown had a wickedly good time bringing you a special story highlighting all the magic going on at the Orpheum Theater in February.

Hundreds of you have already seen the touring production of "Wicked" the musical this week in Memphis.

This is the production's third visit to Memphis, but it is the first time someone other than Glinda the Good Witch has taken a ride in her bubble.

Lindsey Brown got the chance to take that ride 40 feet high above the Orpheum stage. Hayley Podschun is the actress playing Glinda.

"Wicked is the story of these two girls and who they were before they became known as the Witches of Oz," said Podschun describing the musical.

This perky actress travels the country wearing the sparkling gowns, singing the songs, moving her hands holding an expensive Swarovski crystal wand, and amazing people with this effortless ride in Glinda's bubble with only this one strap around her stomach holding her in the bubble.

If you haven't seen "Wicked," you still have time. It's running in Memphis through Sunday, February 16.

The show does hold a lottery two hours before every show. That's when you have the chance to get a limited number of orchestra seat tickets reduced to $25 each.
