MORGAN COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -

Morgan County deputies reported that a convicted sex offender is in jail after failing to register a move.

JV Kelley, 24, was arrested on Jan. 31 and booked into Morgan County Jail  on a $20,000 bond after being charged with failing to notify a move.

According to deputies, Kelley had moved from his registered address of 1290 McCutcheon Loop Road, Lacey's Spring, and failed to register this move with deputies.

Authorities said they located Kelley, and he turned himself in to the Morgan County Sheriff's Office.
