TROY, AL (WSFA) -

The Troy Police Department has successfully stopped the sale of more than 28 grams of cocaine after they found the drugs while searching a home on Gidden Street.

Now, 44-year-old Anthony Hodges is under arrest and charged with trafficking and possession.

Along with the drugs, authorities found several weapons and 85 plastic bags of marijuana.

Hodges will also likely face charges of receiving stolen property and possession of an altered firearm.

He's being held in the Pike County Jail on a total bond of $60,500.
