MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

Governor Robert Bentley addressed the 57th annual ALDOT conference on Tuesday, by discussing how the ATRIP program is coming along.

ATRIP is a program that stands for Alabama Transportation Rehabilitation and Improvement Program. The Governor started the program in 2013 and alleged that its purpose was to make significant improvements to roads in Alabama.

This yearly conference provides an opportunity for individuals to share innovative ideas in transportation planning, engineering design and construction
